The Problem

Tandoor Chop House had all the right ingredients—bold flavors, a killer location in Covent Garden, and a menu that made foodies weak at the knees—but something was missing: footfall. Despite its cult following among spice lovers and grill enthusiasts, it needed to attract more walk-ins, more curious diners, and more spontaneous “let’s eat here” moments. With fierce competition in London’s dining scene and ever-changing consumer habits, the challenge was clear: how do we turn this hidden gem into a must-visit hotspot, where the scent of sizzling tandoor meats lures people in before they even check the menu?

The Direction

We took the sizzling flavors and transformed them into a brand experience as bold as the food itself. We injected fresh energy into the restaurant with a refreshed visual identity and website—a seamless, spice-infused digital experience that echoed across social and media touchpoints, ensuring Tandoor Chop House wasn’t just seen but truly felt.

The Approach

But we didn’t stop at pixels and posts. We brought the brand into diners’ hands with covetable merchandise, including an engraved cleaver and branded chopping board, turning kitchen essentials into statement pieces. And because every great meal deserves a little theatre, we designed a bespoke Carrom Shuffle Board—a post-dinner game of skill and luck, where select guests get the chance to win a dessert or even have their meal on the house. It’s an experience that sparks curiosity, fuels friendly competition, and creates an electric atmosphere as tables gather to watch the action unfold.

This wasn’t just a rebrand—it was a reawakening, ensuring Tandoor Chop House didn’t just serve food but delivered a moment worth talking about.
